• Time allotted for set up and clean up included in every booking (1 hr. before and after)
• Flexible space layout to match your event style
• BYOB – Option to bring your own beverages. We do not hold a liquor license and do not sell alcohol on the premises. For catered events serving alcohol, coverage is required to include “hosting with alcohol.” This is the responsibility of the client and can be obtained through an “event policy.” Please inquire if needing assistance with this.

Johnny Walker’s Lodge Event Rates (Ground Level) Hourly/Daily Rentals on Ground Level event space (no lodging with these rates)

Ground Level Event Venue Space Seating: 60 chairs

• $150 / hour — Meetings and Small Gatherings (2 hour minimum)

• $1,200.00 — Event Rental: Small gatherings up to 30 guests (8 hours)

• $1,500.00 — Event Rental: Large gatherings, over 30 guests (8 hours)

• $1,800.00 — Special Event Rental: i.e. weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners

• $150.00 — Cleaning Fee (In addition to all bookings for the event space)

Booking Notes

• All events over 30 guests will require a security guard and “day of event” insurance, also approving alcohol to be served. Off-duty, private guards are approved.
• Additional rentals available for chairs, tables, linens, glassware & dishes, upon request.
• A refundable booking security deposit is required to secure your date in the amount of $500.
• Please contact us for custom packages or multi-day event pricing. Also, if your event will require lodging, separate rates will apply, as the entire property can be booked as a package.
• If your event requires additional services, we can recommend vendors or staffing upon request.

We offer hourly or full-day rentals, depending on your event’s needs.
Please contact us in advance to confirm availability, customize your setup, and arrange staffing if needed.

All rentals require a refundable security deposit and a signed agreement to confirm you’re booking.

Additional Information 

Please be advised that we have a Fishing Charter Service also on the property and seasonal Offshore Charter services may also be purchased for entertainment, in addition to events or lodging.
